Terms of service

These terms govern your use of nebulainsure.com and the quote, policy review, and related services offered by Nebula Insurance Group ("Nebula," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Nebula is a licensed insurance agency. We help you compare and buy insurance from carriers. We do not underwrite policies ourselves. Coverage is bound only when a carrier accepts the risk and issues a policy.

Quotes are not a binder

Information on this site, including estimates, premium ranges, and coverage summaries, is for illustration. It is not an offer, a binder, a policy, or a guarantee of coverage or price. Actual terms depend on underwriting, carrier appetite, your facts, and the policy that is issued. You should read any policy you buy.

You need to give us accurate information

Quotes and coverage depend on the information you provide. You agree that it is true, complete, and yours to share. Wrong or incomplete information can change the price, void a quote, or affect a claim.

Documents you upload

If you upload a policy, declarations page, or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it with us. We may use automated tools to read the file so we can explain coverage and shop other options. Uploading a document does not by itself start coverage or change your current policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
• Upload malware or try to break, scrape, or overload the site
• Submit someone else's personal information or policy without permission
• Copy or reuse the site's content without our written consent

Intellectual property

The site, including text, design, logos, and software, belongs to Nebula or our licensors. You may use it to request insurance services. You may not copy it for another business.

Third parties

Carriers, quoting partners, payment providers, and other vendors have their own terms. When you buy a policy, that carrier's policy contract controls the coverage.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a quote or coverage summary is complete. Insurance is a regulated product. Talk with us or another licensed agent before you rely on a decision.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nebula is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim related to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the service at issue in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit rights you have under a purchased insurance policy or that the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nebula against claims that arise from your misuse of the site, your uploaded files, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not allowed to share.

Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise the terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
